Conditions Of Booking

To secure your booking , please contact us with credit card details either by fax or telephone. Bookings are considered as confirmed only when guaranteed with a credit card number. Otherwise they are booked as held type with a release time 3p.m. on the date of arrival. Therefore you are strongly advised to contact us within 24hours after you hear from us about availability so that you secure the booking you require.

Cancellations of Bookings

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice prior to arrival date. To cancel your booking you will have to phone us, fax us or e-mail us quoting the reference number from your reservation. Failing to cancel on time incurs 1 night’s accommodation charge. Rooms booked for more than 1 night are released in the event of a non-arrival on the first night.

Methods of Payment

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. We also accept traveller’s cheques in pounds sterling. All personal cheques are to be received at least 7days prior to the date of check in. We do not accept company’s cheques unless prearranged with the management.
